Hey there and welcome to July. I don’t know about you, but I simply cannot believe that we’re already past the halfway mark of 2018. Crazy!
This month, Mix It Up Challenge blog is hosting a “Anything Goes + Mixed Media” challenge (use more than 1 medium).
I wanted to keep my LO for this challenge relatively simple, so I did a minimum amount of layering and also kept my background subtle. I primed my paper with heavy white gesso, then I smooshed some distress oxide over that, using bubble wrap. Then I applied some crackle paste through a stencil. After that, I dabbed on a little distress paint, also through a stencil – and while that was set, I sprinkled it with white UTEE and heat embossed it.
