I just loved working with the first Case File for April over at CSI: Color Stories Inspiration!
Isn’t it so so sweet? Here’s my take on the challenge:
I knew that I wanted to try to recreate the scene. I worked with blue, teal, lavender, white and grey. I chose to create some ‘hills’ behind my layering and also added on some adorable little weather elements from my 2Crafty Chipboard stash. I also used floral and chevron print in my layering and then I added on some fussy cut flower to soften the overall feel of my piece. I carried on with the weather theme by creating a bit of a watercolour background.
