Here is how I solved Case File 364 over at CSI: Color Stories Inspiration:
I worked with all the colours. I wanted my background to be a wood print, to resemble a jetty (pier). I also used mesh (the chippie hearts) and my layering kind of resembles the stacked surfboards on the VW van.
